i found this to be very drying, making it uncomfortable to smoke very much. the effects were subtle with a low start and slow building motivation and productivity. good for GI symptoms. my only problem was the effects were subtle, but actually pleasant, so i would want to smoke more throughout the day. consistent use was uncomfortable due to the very dry mouth.
