I ordered a flavour but received something else. Happened before and didn’t care. This time I ordered cherry, however, I receive the mix fruit pack, with cherry only inside and two homemade labels slapped on top of the original “fruit mix” name saying cherry. Not only does that seem to be tampered with but extremely unprofessional.

Dames has just gone through a change of owners. During this period they had some packaging issues and only had “fruit mix” packaging left for their Cherry line up. We do agree it is extremely unprofessional and we won’t be ordering them again until the packaging issue has been fixed.
