General Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued as store credit.
- All decisions regarding returns and refunds will be made at Budora’s discretion.
- To initiate a request, please contact our customer support team at hello@budora.co with the following:
- Photos of the item
- A detailed description of the issue
Budget Buds
At Budora, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, to maintain the quality of our service, we follow a clear policy for returns and exchanges. Please read our return policy carefully:
- All sales are final for Budget Buds.
- An exception will only be made in cases of mold, powdery mildew (PM), or bud rot.
- Budora reserves the right to determine whether to issue an exchange or store credit in such situations.
Cannabis Flower
- Any issues with cannabis flower must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
- If 2g or more has already been consumed, we will not process an exchange or issue store credit.
- All complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Budora retains the right to deny any request.
Edibles and Shroom Edibles
- For edibles or shroom edibles, Budora will assess each situation individually and apply discretion.
- Please contact hello@budora.co for assistance with these items.
Vape Pens
- If a vape pen is defective or not functioning as it should, we will resolve the issue promptly.
- For vape pens that are more than half used, customers will be credited for half the value of the item.
- To process your claim, you must provide a photo of the oil in the pen.
- Budora retains full discretion in making the final decision for these items.
Abuse of Policy
- If Budora finds that the refund and exchange policy is being abused, the refund and exchange policy will be revoked for all future orders.
- All future orders will then be considered final sale.
- There will be no tolerances or warnings issued in such cases.
